Role Overview

At Wellsential Health, our Night Charge Nurses are instrumental in providing superior care while supporting Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs). As an LVN or RN, your partnership with CNAs and CMAs is crucial in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will liaise with residents' families as well as doctors regarding their needs or any changes in their health status.

Qualifications

-Educational/Training Requirements: Completion of an accredited RN or LVN program.
-Licensing Requirements: Current valid Texas RN or LVN license holder.
-Availability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis.
